However, there are still some challenges to further enhance the effectiveness of the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Challenges\"><\/span><strong>Challenges<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lack of Awareness: <\/strong>Many eligible Scheduled Caste individuals are not able to avail the benefits of the scheme due to a lack of awareness about the scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complex Application Process:<\/strong> The application process can be complicated and time-consuming, which discourages some people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corruption:<\/strong> Some cases of corruption have come to light in the implementation of the scheme, which has affected the effectiveness of the scheme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Grant_Amount\"><\/span><strong>Grant Amount<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The eligibility for relief under the scheme is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximum Rs. 15000\/- in case of burning of the house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of movable property like a horse, vehicle, or animal which is the basis of livelihood, Rs. 5000\/- will be given as immediate relief by the Sub-Divisional Officer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of loss of food grains, clothes, or household goods, an amount up to Rs. 5000\/- is payable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of loss of a well, tube well, electric motor, fruit tree and other economic resources, an amount up to Rs. 1000\/- is payable. An amount of Rs. 5000\/- is payable as immediate relief.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Future_of_the_Scheme_Suggestions_for_Improvement\"><\/span><strong>Future of the Scheme: Suggestions for Improvement<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The following suggestions can be made to further enhance the effectiveness of the Madhya Pradesh Scheduled Caste Relief Scheme 2015:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Awareness Campaign:<\/strong> The government should launch a comprehensive awareness campaign across the state so that more and more people can become aware of the scheme. This may include radio advertisements, television advertisements, articles in newspapers, dramas in rural areas and awareness camps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplifying the Application Process: <\/strong>The application process can be made online and simple to make it easier for eligible persons to avail of the scheme. The application form should also be made available in Hindi in the online application process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curbing Corruption:<\/strong> Strict steps should be taken to curb corruption. A strong monitoring system should be established and complaints of any kind of corruption in the implementation of the scheme should be investigated immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impact Evaluation:<\/strong> The government should regularly evaluate the impact of the scheme to find out how successful the scheme has been and in which areas improvements are required. Based on this evaluation, the scheme can be amended from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Participation:<\/strong> Community participation is important for the success of the scheme. Local organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) should be involved in the implementation of the scheme.
