The SSB<\/strong> (<\/strong>Services Selection Board)<\/strong> interview is a crucial step in the selection process for candidates aspiring to join the Indian Armed Forces as officers.   • Psychological Tests: <\/strong>Candidates who pass the screening test move on to the psychological tests, which include the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Word Association Test (WAT), Situation Reaction Test (SRT), and Self-Description Test (SD)<\/strong>. These tests assess the candidate’s personality traits, thought processes, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Personal Interview (IO):<\/strong> Each candidate faces a personal interview with an SSB board member. During the interview, candidates are asked questions about their life, experiences, and opinions.   • Group Testing Officer Tasks (GTO): <\/strong>This stage includes a series of group activities designed to evaluate leadership, teamwork, <\/strong>and problem-solving abilities<\/strong>.
