By recognising these contributions, the Anubhav Awards provide a platform for innovation, courage and transparency in public service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Award_Selection_and_Distribution\"><\/span><strong>Award Selection and Distribution<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, the Anubhav Awards will follow an intensive selection process that seeks to highlight the most impactful and insightful contributions. The awards will be distributed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 Best Articles:<\/strong> The top five submissions will be selected for the Anubhav Awards. These employees will receive recognition for their outstanding contributions to the public sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10 Jury Certificates: <\/strong>In addition to the main awards, 10 Jury Certificates will be awarded to participants whose presentations stand out. These certificates are aimed at encouraging wider participation and recognising the efforts of a wide range of employees. The <strong>Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (<\/strong>MoSPP<strong>)<\/strong> will present these awards at a national event attended by some of the most respected personalities in public service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_for_the_2025_Anubhav_Awards\"><\/span><strong>Eligibility for the 2025 Anubhav Awards<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>An important update for the 2025 Anubhav Awards is the expansion of the eligibility criteria. For the first time, employees of <strong>Central Public Sector Undertakings (<\/strong>CPSUs<strong>)<\/strong>, including public sector banks, will be able to participate. This expansion aims to enrich the Anubhav portal by bringing in diverse Anubhavs from different sectors of the public sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the submission deadline has been extended. Retired government employees now have up to three years after retirement to submit their articles, while earlier the limit was one year.
