Responsibilities

  1. Good Conceptual Clarity of the Concepts.
  2. In-depth clarity of UPSC Exam Pattern, Syllabus, and Marking scheme.
  3. Answer Script Evaluation: Assessing and evaluating the written answers provided by candidates.
  4. Objective Marking: Assigning appropriate marks based on the candidate's understanding, analysis, and expression.
  5. Subject Expertise: Possessing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the subjects they evaluate.
  6. Impartial: Evaluation of answers without personal biases or opinions, ensuring fairness.
  7. Standardized Evaluation: Maintaining consistency and uniformity in marking similar answers.
  8. Following Marking Scheme: Adhering to the predetermined marking scheme provided by the UPSC.
  9. Analytical Assessment: Evaluating the coherence of arguments and the overall quality of the response.
  10. Clarity and Presentation: Assessing the clarity of expression and the ability to present relevant facts, arguments, and examples.
  11. Timely Completion: Working within defined timelines to complete the evaluation process efficiently.

 

 Requirements

  1. Must have written at least 2 Mains or 1 Interview
  2. 2+ years of work experience in a similar profile
  3. Excellent Command of English & Hindi language
  4. Immediate joiner
  5. Able to Work from office
