WHAT IS JUDICIAL SERVICE?

The Judicial Services Examination offers law graduates an opportunity to enter the judicial system and serve as members of the subordinate judiciary.

Judicial Services examinations are competitive examinations conducted by individual States for recruitment to various positions in the subordinate judiciary, commonly including Civil Judge (Junior Division) / Judicial Magistrate posts, subject to the applicable State rules.

The examination process and eligibility requirements vary from State to State.

Depending on the State, the selection process may broadly involve:

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION

Objective-type questions designed to test knowledge of law, general awareness and other subjects prescribed by the concerned State.

MAINS EXAMINATION

A descriptive examination assessing legal knowledge, analytical ability, language proficiency and the ability to present answers in a structured manner.

INTERVIEW / VIVA-VOCE

An assessment of the candidate's understanding, reasoning, personality and suitability in accordance with the applicable recruitment rules.

न्यायिक सेवा क्या है?

न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षा विधि स्नातकों को न्यायिक प्रणाली में प्रवेश करने और अधीनस्थ न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्यों के रूप में सेवा करने का अवसर प्रदान करती है।

न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षाएं अधीनस्थ न्यायिक सेवा में विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती के लिए राज्यों द्वारा आयोजित प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं हैं, जिनमें साधारणतः सिविल जज (जूनियर डिवीजन) / न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के पद शामिल होते हैं, जो लागू राज्य नियमों के अधीन हैं।

परीक्षा प्रक्रिया और पात्रता आवश्यकताएं प्रत्येक राज्य में अलग-अलग होती हैं।

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा

वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न जो संबंधित राज्य द्वारा निर्धारित विधि, सामान्य ज्ञान और अन्य विषयों के ज्ञान का परीक्षण करने के लिए तैयार किए जाते हैं।

मुख्य परीक्षा

यह एक वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा है जो विधिक ज्ञान, विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता, भाषा प्रवीणता और उत्तरों को व्यवस्थित तरीके से प्रस्तुत करने की क्षमता का आकलन करती है।

साक्षात्कार

लागू भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार उम्मीदवार की समझ, तर्क क्षमता, व्यक्तित्व और उपयुक्तता का मूल्यांकन।

अहिंसा - केजीएस ज्यूडिशियरी फाउंडेशन एक संरचित, दीर्घकालिक कार्यक्रम है जिसे उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है जो न्यायिक सेवाओं की तैयारी सही आधार के साथ शुरू करना चाहते हैं।
