Today a variety of laws govern us: Acts and their amendments, rules, regulations, BIS standards, road standards, circulars, municipal bylaws, and more. Citizens struggle to find the law in force, and even when they locate a copy, determining what the law was on a given date is a battle of its own.

It will be capable of directly sampling particles from planetary ring systems - something no mission has ever attempted before. The mission's selection for NIAC was guided by open questions in the science of planets' rings that NASA's Planetary Science Decadal Survey has flagged as important.
