Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- A B.Ed in Special Education from an RCI-approved university and holding a valid registration.
- A six-month diploma or certified training in cross-disability inclusive education, recognized by either NCTE or RCI.
- Must have successfully passed UTET-2 or CTET-2 exams as outlined by Uttarakhand government rules.
Age and Nationality
- Age must be between 21 and 42 years as of 1 July 2025.
- Open to Indian citizens, Tibetan refugees (arrived before 1 January 1962), and persons of Indian origin who have migrated from certain countries (with the intent for permanent residency in India).
- Preference/eligibility for candidates registered with Uttarakhand’s employment office, permanent residents, or those who finished high school and intermediate studies in Uttarakhand. Relaxations may apply for government employees, armed forces members, and other specified groups.
